Conditions for all Friday Night Live Bookings, Cabaret Dinners and Christmas Party Nights & New Years Eve

Cancellation of booking by customer
We are unable to refund any monies paid in the event of customer cancellation, or credit these monies for any other purpose or other date.

Live Show
Barbacoa reserves the right to change the act advertised at any time without notice. The act will perform in our upstairs cabaret lounge unless numbers decrease and in which case the same show will be provided in our downstairs restaurant or lounge only cabaret ticket holders are permitted.

If you wish to increase your numbers we cannot guarantee that this is possible, but will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you decrease your numbers we regret that we are unable to credit this money for any other purpose including bar bills, drinks packages, etc.

Guests are required to pre-order their meals 2 weeks prior to the event, if we do not receive a pre-order at this time a selection will be made for you and no changes can be made to an order after this time. It is the responsibility of the organizer to collect all pre-orders and forward them to Barbacoa before this deadline, Barbacoa will not accept individual orders for a party. Pre orders can be made via email, telephone or by the pre order form on our website

We regret that you are unable to bring in any of your own food or drink. Any persons found bringing in their own alcohol will be ejected or refused admission and no monies will be refunded. Alcoholic
“presents” must be handed in at the door and will be returned to you when leaving, all other alcohol will be disposed of. We reserve the right of search.

You are allowed to bring in table decorations. We do not allow banners etc attached to our walls as this causes damage. We ask that decorations are in good taste so as not to offend other diners. We do not allow table confetti or other similar items.

We accept that people wish to celebrate and enjoy themselves, however any abuse, threats or aggression shown towards other customers or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to patrons being asked to leave.
